2. DEFINITION

“Personal Data” means any information relating to a person, which enables the identification of such Person, whether directly or indirectly, but not including the information of the deceased Persons in particular.

The Company may disclose your personal data, your service usage data to our subsidiaries and affiliated companies including Global Technology Group, government agencies, legal services, information technology service providers, banks and payment service providers, customer support providers, service providers, marketing and advertising management, business consultants, and legal persons Or any other person in which the Company and/or you are a party or having legal relations.

In addition, the Company may have to send your personal information to the regulatory authorities for investigation and may use the results of such data audits to prevent fraud.

7. HOW AND HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA
