GTG’s 2nd Football Champion League
The GTG Champion League Football Match aims to foster a culture of respect and camaraderie among employees from different departments and partner companies.
Football matches take place at Yangon United Stadium and are attended by staff from Yangon, including members of the Board of Directors and Management team. Employees from LSP Company, vendors, ISPs and MNOs also participate in the competition.
The matches are set to begin in the first week of July. The 10 participating teams will be divided into two groups. The top two teams from each group, based on points earned, will advance to form a group of four teams.
Our Managing Director, Min Swe Hlaing, has shared with us the main objectives of this event. He said,
This event is not only about physical development but also about developing our minds. It’s about learning how to work as a team and how to handle the emotions of winning and losing with intelligence. It’s also an opportunity for each individual to showcase their leadership skills.
Our CEO, U Thein Than Toe, has also shared his thoughts on the importance of this event. He said,
This football pitch allows us to get to know each other better. It’s not just about the game itself, but about the results that come from it. Last year, there were disputes between different teams regarding team arrangements and unity. We must learn from this and strive to improve every year as organizers, team members, and team leaders.
GTG Champion league ရဲ့ ဒုတိယအကြိမ်မြောက် ဘောလုံးကစားပွဲ
“GTG Champion league ဘောလုံးပွဲ ” ကို ဌာနအသီးသီးမှ ဝန်ထမ်းများ နှင့် မိတ်ဖက် ကုမ္ပဏီမှဝန်ထမ်းများ အကြား လေးစားချစ်ခင်မှု ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်ပြီး သဟဇာတဖြစ်သော လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တစ်ခုဖွံ့ဖြိုးလာစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ကျင်းပခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဘောလုံးပွဲများကို Yangon United Stadium မှာ ကျင်းပပြီး Global Technology Group မှ BODs and Management team အပါအဝင် Yangonမှဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ LSP ကုမ္ပဏီမှဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ Vendors ၊ ISPs and MNOs မှဝန်ထမ်းများ ပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ကစားကြပါသည်။
ပွဲစဉ်များကို July လ ပထမအပတ်မှာစတင်ကာ ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင် အသင်းပေါင်း ၁၀ သင်းကို အုပ်စု၂ ခုခွဲ ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ပြီး အုပ်စုတစ်ခုစီမှ အမှတ်အများဆုံး ၂ သင်းဖြင့် ၄ သင်း မဲခွဲ ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သွားပါမည်။
Teamwork ဘယ်လိုမျိုး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မလဲ အနိုင်အရှုံးဆိုတဲ့ emotional တွေကို ဘယ်လိုမျိုး Intelligence ရှိရှိကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်မလဲပေါ့ ဒီဟာတွေက အဓိကရည်ရွယ်ချက်တွေဖြစ်တယ်။ ဦးနှောက် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုသာမက Physical ဖွံဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုရှိဖို့အတွက် ဒီလိုပွဲကိုဆောင်ရွက်ပေးတာဖြစ်တယ်။ တစ်ဦးချင်းစီရဲ့ leadership skill ကို အကောင်းဆုံး ပြသနိုင်ဖို့လည်း ရည်ရွယ်တာဖြစ်တယ်

ဒီကစားကွင်းကနေ တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တယောက် ပိုပြီးတော့ ရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းဝင်လာပြီး ကစားပွဲကို ကစားပွဲလိုပဲထက် result တွေထိ ထွက်လာရင် ကောင်းတယ်။ မနှစ်ကဆိုရင် စီစဉ်မှုအရရော အသင်းသားအချင်းချင်းညီညွတ်မှုရော မတူတဲ့အသင်းတွေကြားထဲမှာ အငြင်းပွားမှုရော မျိုးစုံရှိခဲ့တယ် ။ ဒီဟာတွေကနေ Learning လုပ်ပြီး တနှစ်ထက်တနှစ် Organizer ရော အသင်းသမားတွေရော အသင်းခေါင်းဆောင်တွေရော Improve ဖြစ်အောင် လုပ်ရမှာပေါ့
